Installation fees are non-refundable once the technician has arrived on-site.
If the product is found to be defective during installation, we will provide a replacement and re-installation at no additional cost.
If a customer requests removal of a non-defective product post-installation, a 20% restocking fee plus a removal labor fee will apply.
