Thomas Vaughan Ltd is seeking a sophisticated Design & Sales Consultant for a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time role at our premium Treforest studio. This pivotal, client-facing position involves guiding homeowners through high-end bathroom and kitchen renovations—from the initial creative consultation and technical product selection to final project sign-off. As a specialist in the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom, and Bathroom) sector, you will act as a dedicated advisor, translating client aspirations into functional, luxury realities through expert spatial planning and material knowledge.
The ideal candidate must possess essential experience within the KBB industry, combining a proven track record in specialised sales with a refined, consultative approach. We are looking for a professional who upholds our luxury standards and demonstrates a genuine drive for craftsmanship and detail. While a background in high-end client relations is vital, the ability to manage end-to-end projects and a commitment to working weekends are key.
