From your initial contact with Thomas Vaughan Ltd, through to your consultation, design and on to the completion of your project we aim to deliver the highest quality, design, project management, installation and customer service.

Book A Design Consultation at our Design Studio
When you first contact us we will arrange for you to visit our design studio to discuss your dream space bathroom project. During this initial visit we will take the time to understand your vision and collect the necessary information, style ideas and to look at what we need to include to create your dream family bathroom, ensuite or cloakroom.

Home Design Survey
When we’ve finished the consultation we will arrange a visit to your home to meticulously survey the space, take full measurements and research the property's style and usage. This will give you and us an idea of the potential your space has, and works as an excellent starting point in creating your ideal room as well as highlighting any installation issues.

Design Development
Following the home survey, we will then create the design concept, select products, develop CAD layouts, create the VR 4D experience and compile your Full Project Quotation.

Your Design Presentation
Your designer will walk you through the design ideas, the plan and the proposal. We will look at the design in depth starting with the elevations view, the style of tiles, basins, furniture and design features. We then invite you to experience your dream space in our 4D VR experience, where you can interact with the bathroom and features.
We can make any design tweaks live to ensure you truly get your dream space.

Order & Project Booking
To proceed, we request a £500 design retainer or your first payment. We will then send the formal agreement via DocuSign to finalise all the project details. Once we have your signed agreement and first payment, we can order your project products as a prioty and book one of our installers in for your agreed start date.
We will then prepare our final technical specifications for installation, keeping you in the loop at all times.

Your Installation
The day before we start we request your 2nd payment, we arrange delivery of a skip for recycling and site clearance.
Your home is then prepped and protected. Materials are delivered by us and the construction phase begins.
We monitor progress with quality checks, ensuring the project is on schedule. We will maintain open discourse to address any issues quickly.

The Finish Line
Our designer assesses the completed works. You sign off the work after ensuring you are comfortable with your new products.
