From your initial contact with Thomas Vaughan, through to your design consultation and on to the completion of your project we aim to deliver the highest quality of customer service.

Contact Us - For A Free Home Measure And Consultation
When you first contact us we will arrange your free design consultation at a time that is convenient for you. During this initial visit we will take the time to understand your vision and collect the necessary information and measurements we need to create your dream room.

Return Visit
When we’ve finished the consultation we will arrange a follow up appointment where we will return to your home and show you the initial design. This will give you an idea of the potential your space has, and works as an excellent starting point in creating your ideal room.

Design Studio Visit
When we’ve finished the home visit we will arrange an appointment for you to visit our brand new Design Studio. Here you can view our large range of samples and choose the exact products you'll have in your finished room. You also have the option of trying our cutting edge 4D VR design software, in which you can walk around your room, drawn accurately to scale containing the exact products you'll have in the finished design. We can also provide printed 3D images of your room for you to take home once you've ordered.

Installation
Once you've decided on the layout of your room we will offer a start date for the work and confirm every aspect of your design and installation in writing. We understand that having any work carried out in your home can be stressful and intrusive. At Thomas Vaughan we offer a complete installation service, meaning we will arrange all aspects of the job, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling, plastering, electrical and even decorating! When we leave your room will be ready to use.
